The Vice Deanship of Development and Quality held a lecture entitled “The Impact of Exercise on Disease Prevention and Treatment” presented by Mr. Harun Jibril AlMutairi, on Wednesday, Rajab 22, 1443 AH, corresponding to February 23, 2022 AD.
The lecture aimed to identify the physiology of exercise, understand the effect of physical activity and exercise training, and identify appropriate exercises for the body.
