I am pleased to welcome you to the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs’ website, which I hope contains all the information needed to answer your enquiries.

In order to provide a stimulating learning environment and prepare qualified health professionals with high efficiency, the Dean of Prince Sultan Military College of Health Sciences made the decision to establish the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs in the academic year 1443/1444 AH, which supervises a number of departments and divisions to support the educational process at the college.
The Vice Deanship of Student Affairs is the channel of communication between the college and students from admission to graduation, it deals with everything related to students’ records and services throughout their educational journey at the college until the completion of the internship period and graduation. The Vice Deanship strives to apply the approved policies, procedures, and regulations to achieve the college’s goals and vision. We also aim to provide services, arrange initiatives, and develop projects to follow up and support students, investing their energies, and educating them culturally, psychologically, and professionally through the various available programs, with the aim of developing their personality in a balanced way that combines outstanding academic achievement and creativity in all fields, which qualifies them to meet the needs of the labor market and contribute to achieving 2030 vision.

Introduction

The Vice Deanship of Student Affairs is one of the most important support Vice Deanships, which is affiliated with the college dean. It is considered the first and most important service body for college students with direct connections to students. It is responsible for providing necessary guidance to consolidate Islamic principles and values in students, contribute to their educational preparation, psychological stability, and help them excel academically under the supervision of specialists in various fields.

  • Administrative supervision of the work and procedures of the directorates and departments affiliated with the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs.
  • Supervision of the reception of admission, registration, and enrollment applications and their distribution to the preparatory year and academic programs.
  • Supervision of the various student activities and programs that contribute to the psychological and social wellbeing.
  • Controlling the behavioral and academic status, through activating the student discipline committee and imposing penalties in accordance with the college’s regulations.
  • Supervision of summer volunteer training programs and cooperative training for students, and following up on the distribution of students to hospitals and health facilities during the internship period.
  • Supervision of the graduation of students and the delivery of graduation documents and academic records.
  • Monitoring the status of alumni after graduation and joining the labor market.
