Within the framework of community participation, the Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the College collaborated with the Health Education Department at King Fahd Military Medical Complex to organize a display for breast cancer awareness on Thursday, Rabi` Al-Awwal 15, 1443 AH. Faculty members and students came together to promote health awareness among women about breast cancer and the risk factors leading to it. The visitors were also trained on how to conduct a breast cancer self-examination, using a model for explanation and clarification.
